During our stay at Palais Hansen, the concierge provided exceptional service that truly made our experience memorable. They went above and beyond to ensure that our needs were met and that we had a fantastic time exploring the city. From arranging activities to recommending the best local spots, their expertise and attentiveness were outstanding. They even provided us with umbrellas when it rained during our stay. The hotel itself was comfortable and clean, and the breakfast buffet was a delight with a variety of options to choose from. Despite a few minor drawbacks mentioned in other reviews, we had a wonderful time at this Kempinski hotel and would not hesitate to recommend it to others. the exceptional service from the concierge made our stay at Palais Hansen a truly enjoyable experience.
